ANIMAL LICENSES


All dogs must be licensed in Boonton Township.

A dog is licensed after the age of 7 months.

Proof of rabies is required at the time of licensing the dog.


Cost: A free rabies clinic is held in Boonton Township every year, generally in November, at the Municipal Building. Dogs must be on a leash and cats must be in a carrier. The date of the rabies clinic is advertised in the Township Times and the Citizen.
