Camp

Registration for Summer Camp is underway. Camp runs Mon-Fri, 9am-12pm, at RVS, beginning Monday, June 26th thru Friday, August 11th. All 2006-2007 K-5 are invited to participate. Sign up for $75/week or $450 for all 7 weeks. An Extended “After Camp” is also available from 12p-2p for $50/week or $300 for all 7 weeks. New this year: Field trips, Camp Newsletter, Computers, and more Special Guests!
CIT’s Wanted!
Counselors In Training are also wanted for the Summer Camp. Incoming 6th-9th graders are eligible. Register by writing your name, address, phone #, ’06-’07 grade and dates available on an 8 1/2”x11” piece of paper and backpack mail to: Rec. Dept or drop off at the Town Hall, Attn: Rec. Director.
Summer
Tennis Clinics
Register now for our expanded 2-week program. Learn to play or improve your game! Lessons available: July 10-July 21 and August 7-August 18. Both Sessions run Mon-Thurs (Raindate - Fri). K-Adult welcome with prices ranging from $100-$125 per 2-week Session. Clinics to be held at Leonard Park. See registration form for lesson times. Lessons are on a first come, first serve basis – so register early!
Soccer
Fall Soccer registration is now open. Register by March 29th and receive a $5.00 discount. The preferred method of registration is online at www.mlbtb.org. You may also pick up a registration form at the Town Hall.
Mark your calendars for travel tryouts - Saturday, April 22nd. In order to tryout for a travel team, you must be registered.
Football/Cheerleading
In-person registration for the Fall Season will take at Wildwood Elementary School in Mtn. Lks., Saturday, April 1st from 9am - noon. A June 15th Grayhawks deadline will be enforced strongly this year. Enroll ASAP! For more info – logon to: www.grayhawks.org.
Baseball/Softball/T-Ball
The Little League Parade is scheduled for Sat, April 22nd. Also the TriTown Little League Wine & Beer Tasting Fundraiser will be held June 1st at Zeri’s Inn. Tickets are $40/pp and benefit Little League Baseball/Softball of Boonton Township, Boonton and Mountain Lakes.

A new session of “Kiddie Craft & Chat” will take place Fridays beginning March 31st thru May 12th (no class 4/14) from 12:30-1:30p. “Movin’ to the Music” will also continue Tuesdays from 12:30p -1:15p, April 25th - May 30th. Each 6-week class is $30/child and will take place at the Town Hall. Registration is ongoing. Ages 2+ are welcome.

Summer is coming! Think fitness! Join our “Mix-It-Up Exercise” classes courtesy of the Family Fitness Center in Montville. This is for ALL levels of experience. Wednesdays, April 19th–June 7th from 7p-8p at the Rockaway Valley School Gym. Pre-Registration is required/8-week class fee is only $60.
Sheila Hamill of RiversEdge Hatha Yoga in Boonton is continuing her Rec. Yoga classes - Mondays from 11a-12p, April 17th–June 12th (no class 5/29). **** SENIORS! Sign up for a separate yoga class on Thursdays from 11a-12p, April 20th – June 8th. Pre-registration is required. Each 8-week class fee is $60. Bring a mat or towel. ADULT SOFTBALL
Sundays from 10am-12pm, April 30th through July 31st at Johanson Memorial Field. Bring your own mitt.

Interested in finding a buddy for your morning walk or run? Need encouragement to start a running program? Come join the Township Pacers - Boonton Township’s NEW Runners and Walkers Club. Meet Tuesdays & Fridays at 8am in the Tourne Parking lot on McCAffrey Lane. No registration necessary. New members welcome.
