Santa will be visiting with help from BTFD

on December 19th starting at Noon

BTFD just received word from the North Pole that Santa Clause and his helpers will be passing through Boonton Twp on Sunday December 19th starting at 12pm.

BTFD will be escorting him on the Fire Truck through town and handing out boxes of sweet treats to kids who come outside to see us.

Just a reminder, the event will begin at noon, but there are no specified times throughout the afternoon for him to be in each neighborhood.

Listen for the sirens and when you see the flashing lights come out to say hi!

A Message From the Boonton Township Police Department

Utility work began on December 7th on Kingsland Road. The scope of this work may create intermittent delays on Kingsland Road daily between the hours of 7am and 3:30pm. Depending on the progress associated with this work, these hours are subject to change.

BTPD will have officers on scene each day assisting motorists with navigating around the work-site. The roadway will likely be narrow at times, and may even be closed intermittently for short periods.
