This application is for Boonton Township residents only. Person over the age of eighteen (18) years old must be present for inspection. Please provide the following required information and hand deliver this application to the below address.
We the undersigned do hereby make application in accordance with the requirements of NJAC 5:70-4.19(d) and 5:70-2.3 whereby we request an inspection in the below referenced property:

Fee schedule for applications received prior to closing/ rental date:

• Requests received more than 10 business days before the change of occupant - $45.00**
• Requests received 4 to 10 business days before the change of occupant - $90.00**
• Requests received fewer than 4 business days before the change of occupant - $161.00**
• For the 3rd re-inspection of a property after having failed the 2 prior inspections, an additional fee in the amount of - $45.00**
